1. The service
RedditQuik monitors publicly available Reddit content for keywords you choose and provides AI-generated analysis of that content. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person or organization per account; don't share logins across teams on individual plans.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use RedditQuik to spam Reddit communities, harass users, violate Reddit's Terms of Service or subreddit rules, or for any unlawful purpose. Engagement decisions (e.g. posting replies) are yours — we provide intelligence, you are responsible for how you act on it.
4. Third-party content
Collected mentions are public content authored by Reddit users, provided “as is” for monitoring purposes. We do not claim ownership of it and cannot guarantee its accuracy. AI-generated insights are automated analysis and may contain errors — verify before making business decisions.
5. Plans & billing
Free plans are provided as-is with usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider (acting as merchant of record) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy for refunds. Plan limits (keywords, scan frequency) are enforced automatically.
6. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided without uptime guarantees, and depends on third parties (Reddit data access, AI providers) that may change. We may modify features with reasonable notice for material changes.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedditQuik is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or decisions made based on AI-generated insights. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by nature survive termination (liability, disputes) survive.
