1. Try before you buy

RedditQuik has a free-forever plan with no credit card required. We encourage you to fully evaluate the product on the free plan before upgrading — every core feature (keyword tracking, AI scoring, insights) can be tested for free.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked, no forms to fill.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it, provided the account shows no significant usage in the new period.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time — no phone calls, no retention hoops. After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then downgrades to the free plan. Your data is kept and remains exportable.

5. How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider (the merchant of record for the transaction) and typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of abuse — e.g. repeated purchase-refund cycles, violations of our Terms of Service, or chargebacks filed instead of contacting us first. If something went wrong, talk to us — we're humans and we fix things.
